Christmas Eve Tradition

It would be Christmas Eve without bogo tokens at boondocks. This year, Micah had to work, so it was just mommy and KJ and cousins and The Peterson's; KJ and mommy won 4000 tickets! It's our best year yet! 

Dress Up

KJ loves playing dress up, it seems to be our go to activity lately. 

Temple Square

We went to Temple Square with Mema, Steph, Matt and the boys. First, we went to Mema and Rudd's for pizza and to see their Christmas trees from The Festival of Trees. They bought two trees this year and we bought one, it was so much fun. I will post pictures of the trees in a later post. 

Back to Temple Square, KJ and Carson were so cute together. They were playing so well, they didn't fight over toys and Mema, they debated and negotiated, it was adorable. 

KJ is developing her opinions and is becoming very self aware. She has been helping me dress her, so most of her outfits start with me picking out the basics and her adding the flare! Last night, instead of a coat she chose to wear her bathrobe to see the lights (pictures in an earlier post)!

Janet is becoming the best dog a kid could ask for, she loves to play chase with KJ, she is so very gentle with her too. Mostly, Janet just likes to be around us, which has been really fun for KJ the animal lover.

Milkshakes!

When KJ says "Christmas lights" everyone thinks that she is saying "milkshakes". Last night we went to see the lights at Draper City Park and KJ loved being able to run around in the "milkshakes". She also wore her new bathrobe, she cracks me up!
